There are GF distribution centers in Los Angeles, CA; Pittsburgh, PA; Tampa, FL and Austin, TX. If you'd like to know the location of your primary Shipping Center, you can check your Account Summary or check the return address on your next GameFly mailer. about 1 year ago

I don't think you can - they will probably get confused and you could risk damaging both of them. If you lost your sleeve or mailing envelope, you can request a new one by clicking on the "report a shipping problem" link on your Game Q page (underneath the section that shows what games you have out). about 1 year ago

This is from their FAQ: If you've lost a disc sleeve, please do the following to make sure you get credit for returning the game: 1. Write your first name, last name, and e-mail login on a sheet of paper, along with the title of the game you're returning. 2. Wrap the disc in the paper and slip it into its mailing envelope. 3. Mail the game back to GameFly as usual. Once we receive the game, we will create a new sleeve and then return the game against your account. Therefore, it will take more time to process your return. If you've lost the pre-paid mailing envelope, please request one by going to Report A Shipping Problem (on your Game Q page). Once there, select "I lost the game's sleeve or mailer" and identify the specific game you need a return envelope for - they'll send you a new one. If you would like to return the game right away, you can use your own padded envelope and send the game to: GF P.O. Box 149362 Austin, Texas 78714-9362 about 1 year ago

If you're on a 2 games-at-a-time or more plan, you only have to send 1 game back in order for them to send you a new one. So if you have a 2 game/month plan, you could hold on to one game for as long as you want, and keep switching out the second game as many times as you feel like. about 1 year ago

You won't need to send back the game you currently have out. If you're upgrading, they will: - start billing you under the new rate (pro-rating the month) - send out the next game if your Game Q as soon as possible. about 1 year ago

If you want to cancel your membership, you can go to https://www.gamefly.com/cancel/cancel-membership I'm not sure if that will erase your account. I assume it will retain your email login info in case: - you try to get another free trial/promo - you want to reactivate your membership (will also show your old rental history from before the cancellation) about 1 year ago

You should receive an email saying that your game is shipped. You can also check your Game Q, and it will tell you the status of any games that are on their way to you. If you just recently mailed a game back to them, you can expect an email about your next shipped game in about 4 days. about 1 year ago

It all depends on how long "so darn long" is. I usually expect Gamefly to receive my returned game within 4 days (not including Sundays/postal holidays). Sometimes USPS will scan the barcode on the game, which tells Gamefly to get your next game ready for you (FastReturn). So sometimes it's 4 days between games, but sometimes it's up to 10 days between games for me. Various delays can happen en route, but if it's been 7 days since you shipped your game, and they have not received it, I would contact Gamefly at http://www.gamefly.com/activity/report-shipping-problem/ about 1 year ago
  • when you are ready to buy a game(s), go to the "checkout" screen. there will be a spot where you can enter any "coupons" you have. there should be a drop-down box there, and your usable rewards will appear there. in case you have more than one, you can stack them - meaning you can use more than one at a time. about 1 year ago
