There are some ways to cheat in WoW - but not in the traditional sense of cheating. A player can buy certain items that will provide ridiculous amounts of protection or attack power for a low-level character. Websites that are claiming to offer cheatcodes usually contain instructions for finding these, primarily because they are the ones who are selling those items inside WoW. If you actually buy into those, you will be making them double the money --> sales guide + power items. It's usually more prudent to just work up a trade skill and trade in the auction house.
