i believe it is. out of all halo's i have always thought that killing someone on live was a bit tedious and if not a little aggravating at times. with the new feature of assasinations it has added a more balanced affect along with online swat (beat downs, and headshot kill with no shield) adding a strategic part to it as well which was sorely missed in past halo's for those fans of more realistic 1st person shooter fans. so to me i believe seeing all of the welcome modifications to the game is a great increase in all halo games. it helps that it is more interactive with the character as in being able to earn and buy armor about 1 year ago

you can unlock emile's shoulder pads i know this because i have seen a rare few wearing them although i have not got them myself i have been told u may unlock them at lt. colonel about 1 year ago

unfortunately i do not know how to get it but i can hopefully help you out by telling u the price, it cost 275 thousand for the right shoulder bcuz of the knife, and the other is 75 thousand if i remember right. sry i couldnt help more but hope this helps out a little... about 1 year ago
