OFF-TOPIC - Does anybody have the Kindle? Do you think it has potential as a casual gaming platform?
Just curious. I know the web connectivity is only in beta (or alpha, or some other Greek letter), but do you think it could work as a casual gaming platform?

I think it could but I am not sure if Amazon goes that route with it. They are building a casual games section within Amazon.com and Bezos loves to invest in game companies - so maybe they swing it that way. I don't think they will though.

No. Who would want to play on it? With the PSP, iphone, and DS out, why would anyone want to play on a black and white low resolution screen? It would be like traveling back in time and buying a slim, big screen version of the Gameboy. It would be pointless.
