I would make it better the same way I would make all sports games better, by making the game subscription based rather than coming out with a new version every year, that way the developers and publishers would have an incentive to make gameplay enhancements or tweaks as soon as possible rather than waiting every year for the next version of the game. Publishers would also save money I'm assuming since they wouldn't have to pay for the physical creation, boxing, and shipping of the games to retail outlets.
