How would you define a 'troll'?

Since Sandy V just asked for the crowd's definition of "Noob," asking the GA crowd for the definition of "troll" seems a logical follow on.

Definition #1:
The Troll was a small car made by Troll Plastik & Bilindustri of Lunde, Norway from 1956 to 1958. It was one of few attempts at car production in Norway, but only five cars were ever built. Trolls are Norwegian and Swedish mythical giants similar to ogres in Great Britain.

Definition #2:
Troll is a Swedish band most noted for the single "Jimmy Dean". First band name was Trollrock because they dressed up as Trolls on stage.

Definition #3:
A fisherman's lure that is used in trolling; "he used a spinner as his troll"

  4. I'd file a troll under the classification of one who just flames up in the community. Everything is negative or opinionated in the same slant all the time. Never missing a beat and always on the defensive. 'Trolling' around the community for sake of hearing oneself.
