Does anyone know any digital art programs that I can use for video game art?
There is tons of video game fanwork on sites like deviantart.com which are computer generated. Problem is, no one tells the program to make them!!! Anyone have a clue to what people use, or even know what I'm talking about?

Like MM said you can't go wrong w/ PS or Flash. Not sure what, if any, products Macromedia has out these days (or even if they are still in biz?) but they used to have some good digital apps as well.

The first one looks like Flash (maybe Illustrator), the second one looks like Photoshop...you can't go wrong with those programs.
