If I lost the sleeve for the game and the cardboard that protects the game? Can I get a new one?

  1. While i don't know if you are able to get a new sleeve, you can just return it without it and it will be fine. however if you need a new shipping envelope you just report a problem in "My Account" and select the appropriate option in the "Report a Shipping Problem" section.

  2. you could cut a piece of something such as a cereal or cracker box and make your own protector. Gamefly will accept it that way. Look behind your TV or in the couch cushions or under the couch- that's where mine end up!
