Who thinks Gamefly should add more Hubs?

Netflix ships to and from my house in one day. I have to mail a game, which takes 4 days to reach Gamefly. Then I wait for 5-6 days for my 17th game on my list to be shipped. Then that game takes an additional 4 days to reach my house. Total that up and it takes half of the month to exchange a game that, let's be honest, I don't really want. It's ranked 17 because I don't "really" want it, I just want a game since I pay for the service. I've complained 7 times since I've started my account over a year ago and nothing is being done about shipping times or game availability. I propose that everyone send a complaint once a day until they(Gamefly) has to comply with our demands. We pay enough for the service. I just can't believe it takes that long to ship a game when I can drive the games to anywhere in the country in less time.!!!@#$%^&*

I do. GF's service and policies SUCK. I hate them as a company. The sad fact is though that they have the best thing going in the States. As soon as Boomerang (http://www.boomerangrentals.co.uk) comes to the states (or anything other than GF), I'm jumping ship.

To GF: one of the many things you can do is invest a little more in buying games so you can add more distribution centers and give the users a better yield of games. Also, if you weren't so cheap with your game library, the developers wouldn't have such a hard time!!

  1. I would like to see more Shipping Hubs set up but I think most people would benefit from more Fast Return's being done. My post office used to fast return my games but the last 3 or 4 returns haven't been fast returned. If that service was utilized then I think shipping times would drop significantly.

  2. I think constructing whole new shipping centers is easier said than done. Costs lots of money and takes lots of time. I would love to have more centers as well, but oh well.

  3. Don't put 17 games on your Q if you really want some specific game.

    I would also like to see more Shipping Hubs, but a company can't just expand on a whim. If GameFly could open a new Shippng Hub, I am sure they would. There are reason they don't have more shipping centers yet....like the amount of money it will cost to get a new warehouse, stock it with games (and whatever equipment is used in the Shipping Hubs), and find/train new employees.

    You can demand more Shipping Hubs all you want, but what if GF doesn't have the money to make that a reality? Would you like to be charged more per month while these new Hubs are made? Because I don't.
