What do i do if the game i got wont work?

The procedure for that is explained in the Help/FAQ area. Type "damaged" into the Help/FAQ search.

If it doesn't work...take it back to the shop. Or there are reasonable explanation for this occurrence, maybe the game is scratched or it is a different type of version to your pc (if that is the device you're using) remember some laptops/computers work differently and macs.
