I returned a game recently, but I haven't heard back about it being recieved, nor has a new game been sent out
I think I may have put it in the wrong envelope, and mailed it off to the wrong shipping center, but I'm not sure.

Depending on where you live in relevance to a shipping center it could take at the most 4 to 5 days. But if it has been that long go to your account and click on the shipping issue category that is in the lower left of the screen. If all else fails you can call them.

The only answer i can think for this question would be that, either you did send it to the wrong address or their still working on shipping the new one out. Anyway the longest it should really take could be 5-6 days.
