I just sent back my Mafia II disk and accidently tore off my name will that affect how you guys get it?

If so will I not be able to get my next game?

I believe as long as the bar code isn't damaged it should be fine, I work at a shipping and receiving warehouse, and I never pay attention to any name. But you should wait about a week to see if it's received and if its not then get in contact with customer service.
