Why was I sent the last game on my Game Q?

I had 6 games on my Game Q, and they sent me the last one on the list? There's a reason why it was the last one...

Don't put it on your Q if you don't want it. They sent it to you because it was available and your other games were not. I realize it was probably a game you didn't want to play very much..but would you rather wait longer for one of the other games, or play the game they sent you?

  1. Then why was it on ur Q at all if you didn't want it? Thats ur fault not gameflys. And It was sent because it was obviously the most available game. Your Q order matters little compared to availability.

  3. Queue isn't a list of whats going to be sent in order. Queue is a list of games that GameFly knows you want and rather than make you wait at all they send whatever game, regardless of its standing on your queue, that is first available when its time to give you something.

    If you got the very last game on your queue, I'd say you need to increase your queue size. Im always around 35 games and I don't think I've ever gotten anything lower than 7 or 8.
