What is your favorite Sandbox Game?

Red dead redemption is my favorite as far as the recent games hands down. Fallout 3 was solid too but it didn't have the strong character development and storyline that RDR did so it got a little stale towards the end. As far as older games, I always liked GTA Vice City the most for the GTA games. Other than those, which are somewhat obvious examples, if youre looking for something a little less mainstream try The Saboter.
