it's been a week....

I sent out a game back to gamefly on july 1st. They haven't received it yet and thats abouut 1 week. this usually never happens so should i report a shipping problem? or is Gamefly just swamped after the weekend right now?

There was no Mail on sunday and on monday so its about 5 days, 5 days is usually how long it takes to send out a game and get a new 1.

Considering the circumstance of this weeks' holiday I would give them another day or two. Then report a shipping problem if you still haven't heard.

  1. They are sometimes swamped on holiday weekends and if you live far from the shipping warehouse, Pitsburgh PA, It could take longer.

  2. You should also take into consideration where you live. I Live in California, the game shipped out July 5th got it on the 7th.
