is this Tropico 3 fun??

i played the Tropico 3 demo today (7-15-11) and i didnt think the Demo was good but i think the full game will be better, anyone out there that played this?

it's like Sim city but with a ton of detail, i played the full version and it had way to many details for me . the character details and i don't know exactly why but i didn't like it , if your a Sim person than try civilization ,a lot easier and more fun i think.
