is there a new god off war comin out?

He's dead and was supposed to be a trilogy, but probably yes so they can make more buck.

No official word, but more than likely. The rumor that God of War IV is coming September 2012 continues to be bantered about despite the fact GoW4 was not announced at E3 as predicted. Time will tell.

As far as i know it was annouced online about getting some new talent together for gow4 graphics,multi,and lvl designers that sort of thing.
