Why is my Account Broken, and why can't I get a reset password!?

Hey, This is ReverEND. last week I tried logging into my account and it said it wasn't activated or it was the wrong password. I knew it wasn't the password. But I hit "Forgot Password?" to try and fix it. I have done this multiple times and I still haven't gotten an Email with the reset password. The email address is correct, I'm just not getting it. I've turned off all anti-spam filters too. I've Emailed "Feedback" multiple times as well from different email accounts to try and get some help and all I've gotten was an automated response. But when I sign up for a new account, I get the "activation" Email instantly.

So what is the Deal?....
