PS2 or PS3 Game Library?

Would you pick the PS2 Library or the PS3 Library to be better?

If you count downloadable games from PSN I would give it to PS3. If not then PS2.

Much of the creativity that was in the PS2 library is in the PS3 library as well in the downloadable space.

The PS3 library as a whole has more for everyone mostly due to Sony trying to cater to the audience the Wii built in some way. The PS3 has more unique games then PS2 largely due to no risk at retail shelves.

The PS2 is a close second but I would have to give it to PS3.

  1. Hmmm, I would say the PS2 library. There are some great games on the PS3 but I think the PS2 has a little more of that type of quality in its library.

  2. Its wierd how when i was a 13 the playstation 2 had come out and the games were fitted just right for my age group, and i grew up i also think the playstation grew up into the playstation 3 intended for my age today

  3. PS2, it's had a longer life cycle and many series on the PS2 are non-existant on the PS3.
