We were drinking and....
My roomate and I were drinking and playing Gunstar heroes last night when he asked me a great question. I thought I would share it here. He asked me out of all my old favorites on snes what games would I like to see remade and by which development company.
For me there are quite a few and not nearly enough space to name them all. But lets see I would love to see tecmos deception remade by FromSoftware, Inc. Then maybe Shadow run by Bioware. Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest by square enix. Mega-man by capcom. I wish capcom would remake the first Breath of fire. I would like to see act raiser, and Indigo in the hands of bethesda. and before I write an entire 2000 word rant paper I will cut it there.

There are only three biggies I would really want to see.
Super Metroid remade by Retro Studios. I can't think of a studio that understands metroid better then they do. Leave it 2D and more powers and abilities and make it a larger world.
Final Fantasy III US remade by Bioware. The huge draw of this game for me was the well done story. A company like Bioware known for story in games is the perfect fit to reanimate this classic. With a true 3D look and massive battles should be a blast to play.
Chrono Trigger remade by Valve, at a glance this looks like a bad or left field pairing. Valve isn't known for RPG's. But the core of what made this game good was the unique battle system and the subtleties it brought with each character. I can't think of another company better at character development and paying attention to the little details then Valve.
