What's your favorite fighting game?

Mine would be Marvel vs. Capcom 3. I just love the fast paced action and fun button-masher gameplay.
I believe it will be replaced by Street Fighter vs. Tekken once I get my hands on it.

My favorite fighting game would be soul calibur 2. Soul Calibur was a huge hit on the dreamcast and soul calibur 2 was just able to improve on it. Also I loved the innovation of putting specific characters on specific systems, so it actually made a bit of a difference on what system you bought it? for. I had it on the gamecube so I got Link! Yeah! My favorite video game character!
