Yes there is one that I found. You can infinitely duplicate melee weapons. I did this on PS3, IDK if the same glitch exists on 360 keep that in mind.

To do it you simply throw a weapon, the moment you hit the throw button, hold down the button you use to drop the weapon, You will throw the weapon to the floor and drop a copy of the same weapon.

I used this glitch that my buddy found on the second play through so I didn't have to loot every single item I came across. It is easily done with digital controls, analog might be harder to do it.

For PS3 owners who might not understand: (default controls)

Hold down L1, press R1, then immediately Hold down Triangle til you see the same weapon dropped. Repeat as needed.
