Madden 12 has training camp in Superstar mode where you earn skill points to enhance your players.

The virtual trainer CD for the xbox is only for xbox. Although wii has its own thing with Madden which is Training Camp where you can earn points to upgrade your players like more stamina, or enhanced punting.
