Where is the GTA 5 going to be located city wise

It's a "remake" of San Andreas but not an exact remake if you know about Liberty City wise, they will use the same city(s) but have a different storyline/ npcs/ features. From the looks of the trailer the game will be much more vast and have a lot more room and cities. Look for a stellar game.

los Santos part of San Andreas man if im able to go to carls house there is gonna be some major nestalga.

There was a sign in the trailer that said San Puertas, but it might be something else.

From the trailer, it looks a lot like Los Santos, the GTA equivalent to Los Angeles. However, the last game that had Los Santos in it was GTA: San Andreas, which also had two other cities and a stretch of countryside between them included too. It's unclear whether all of GTA V will be in Los Santos or whether any of the other areas from San Andreas will be included as well.
