In pokemon pearl version ds how do you get dialga?

You can't get Dialga in Pearl, unless you trade for him. I remember in that one town with the old guy you can look at a picture of Dialga and that puts him in your Pokedex. Once he's in your Pokedex you can request a trade for him at the worldwide trade center. Or trade with a friend if you know anyone.

you can't unless you find a friend who is willing to trade i have two dialgas i will need something in return though
