There is no easy way, unless you've got a high level friend who will let you join their game and leach experience. Other than that, be quick about completing quests and look out for areas with Badass enemies you can kill relatively easily. If you have any of the quests involving going to crystal caves, go to the caves with a rapid firing or spread shot weapon and shoot the crab monsters in their eyes. They give experience on par with most Badass enemies of that level, and aren't that hard to kill in comparison.
