How should we know. That depends on what sony has in mind. Honestly, there collection of ps2 classics sucks right now. They have games I never played on the ps2. Just depends on what sony wants to do. I don't really if that game comes to the ps2 classics anyway. I want Final Fantasy X, X-2, and XII on the ps2 classics. I think they are pretty classic. And GTA isn't exactly classic.
