Please someone help.. Problem with ps3 trophies..

I just got a brand new ps3, upgrading from the old 20gb fat one from 2006. I data transferred everything and my trophies were all updated and there. I then synced my trophies to the server to make sure I had them and it said I did. Now I put in my game in the new ps3 and it reset every trophy for the game, they are all gone!! I tried with another game I had just started and it did the same thing! All my trophies for those 2 games are now gone! Please help someone..
