Do you buy madden every year?

I was just taking a poll If people are really buying madden every year?I
know that this sounds cheap but I am 1 year behind because, I just got
madden 11 for 9.99 as compared to 60 bucks for the new one.I am not
a "hardcore" fan so I dont care about the players switching teams and dont
see a 50 dollar diffrence. what about you?

I don't play Madden myself so I can't speak to buying it every year. But I do know that series has some magic for really big football fans that want to live out the season with their favorite characters.

I believe there are alot of people who aren't necessarily gamers per say, but they have a console, they pick up madden and they play it with their friends. Its really catered as a mass market title instead of a gamecentric title.

  4. No. I prefer not to invest in a sport title every year. I have 1 Madden game for PS2, but that's pretty much the only 1 I'll own for a while. I barely even play sports titles personally, but I know it has a huge following. So, I can respect the franchise for that.
