if you were to combine all the golden eye games dues ex, black ops, the modern warfares what read description
and skyrim what would be the name, maps, gameplay, online things, guns or other weapons, campaign, other modes, and the right mods for this game

If you combine modern warfare with skyrim you get fallout, since golden eye and deus ex are similar play styles due to the gadgets in golden eye I would say deus ex swallows golden eye and just adds more gadgets.
So what you have left is Fallout + Deus Ex =
This would most likely lean into Star Wars The Old Republic (SWTOR). But as a single player game. both fallout and deus ex lean heavily on character building and perk choices so I see that happening. But since you are combining the scope of the game you would have to almost have separate content for each path you can build. There is a such thing as too many options lead to breaking the game or overwhelming the player to the point where they no longer are interested. Because this is what SWTOR does as a premise you would really be left with that style game. It would also end up being massive in scope, but I strongly believe it would stay single player.
