is ea being greedy???

any one els think that ea is just monopoly use all in to buying there games or at least spend 10 20 bucks on a game we dont own.

First off, learn how to spell... Just about everything in your question. Second, no I don't think they are being greedy. Why? I agree with the online pass system for EA. What the hell is the matter with me? EA doesn't have as much money as you think, their games don't even sell well. I think they made the online pass system, so they can gain money and not lose their company.

  2. i don't think Ea being greedy ... i think the games that have this pass are the best games to play online their is no lag or anything like that plus Ea gives u thing for having the online pass !!! And to Slayer Ea did make a good game it is battlefeild i mean yet u got Cod fans but battlefeild is a good game !!!

  3. I believe you are talking about the online pass? No its not a matter of greed its a matter of not wanting to admit they need to change how they do business. The only pass is treating a symptom of the larger issue of proper video game pricing. If your interested on reading more I have an article talking about this very topic.

    As a consumer you really only need to worry about value proposition. If a game isn't worth the cost simply opt out of the content or the whole game entirely. EA isn't doing themselves any favors by trying to ensure only the actual buyer of a game has full access to it. In the short term I see EA making a bit more money, but in the long term I don't see EA keeping the online pass. I see it more as an experiment then a long term solution.
