Do you get really excited for new games?

To be honest, I don't. I mean, they look cool and fun and awesome, but I just never get super excited. My friends talk about MW3 and Skyrim, but I don't really care. I'm not trying to be a downer, but I can't want what I never had, right?

I've never played Skyrim or MW3, and it doesn't matter to me. Sometimes I try to get a new game from Gamefly. But with my luck, I'll get it when the next installment (of that particular series) comes out. I'm fine with just waiting. Your thoughts?

NO BIG DEAL. Really, don't sweat it. Consider yourself lucky you're not obsessed with what really is a huge waste of time and just another money-making enterprise. This is coming from an avid video game fan by the way. Bottom line: To Each His Own, Live and Let Live. I usually wait until the games are out for awhile and I read the reviews. Then I buy them when the price goes down or they release a Greatest Hits or Platinum version. But some games I just have to buy right away, One or two really. I'm such a tool.

  4. tis ur perogative. u dont get excited fr new games. thats fine. other ppl have more important things to look forward to. i always keep a special place in my heart fr new releases. i count down the days and cut myself in anticipation( not really). bottom line, i look frward to new games. prototype 2 is the next big game on my list. still got three months. maybe il go blow up a school to kill time among other things(strongly considering)

  5. i don't .. everytime i want a game i have to wait anyway to come down in priece but my bf he's a different story he gets they the day they come out .. like cod and mw3 and bf and uncharted all the high named ones .. i got gamefly so i could get games i wanna ply lol

  6. Honestly I am only excited about the good games i wasn't really excited about skyrim I was pumped about Mw3 but thats only because it is call of duty lol :)

  7. I always get excited for the next "Legend of Zelda" game. There is just something about that series I love. Maybe it reminds me of the fun I had playing the original as a kid. I'm not sure. But each new release is more fun than being 8 years old at Christmas.

    The only game I am truly excited for this year is Diablo III. I have played through 1 & 2 sooo many times just trying to eliminate the anticipation. I cannot wait for the game's release!

  8. I dont run out and buy new games,I do like to see new game release dates like resident evil 6 and gta 5 but I wont run out and pay 60 bucks for them.
    however , you do need to spend the cash and get skyrim it is worth the $$$.
