In multiplayer what are your favorite kill streaks

It could be a very useful AH-6 Littlebird copter, my personal favorite heli, or the attack dogs from Black Ops. It could be the Harrier airstrike with a special aftershock, or the extreme M.O.A.B. Heck, it could even be a child's toy, a remote control explosive car. Of all the rewards in cod, which 3 are yours? I like the Black Ops chopper gunner, attack dogs, and gunship.

chopper gunner ... gunship and attack dogs the RC cars r ok but get on my nerves sometimes
