How much is too much?

Okay, so today I came up with a cool idea for a segment... But then I stopped and started thinking about things. It's still a good idea, but that's not the case with this question?

I think I can safely say that I hold the GameFly Record for being the user with the most segments. I have 3 active segments (15 Points Giveaway, Epic Nerd Battle, SBox Recommends) and 1 seasonal segment (VGA Question) not to mention 1 future mini-segment (Project Brown Pants). Taking that into consideration, I came to the conclusion that another segment would become excessive.

That's why I come to you all. Should I add ANOTHER segment to the family of SBox segments, or should I just keep things the way they are? And exactly how many segments would be too much?

Too much is when you can't handle all of your segments.If you want to add another segment,just make sure that you can handle all of them.Because I don't have a problem with you adding another segment,you just have to make sure that you can take the time to do all of the them.So bottom line is,don't do segments if you don't have the time.If you do have the time,then you can do another segment.Did that help?

  2. You truly do have some of the best segments around. I dont think it matters on how many segments you have, but I would say it comes down to if you can schedule and time the release of all these segments right in a way that they dont feel like they are are being forced at us all the time, time the releases right so that every segment feels like something new and fresh just at the time we needed it. Got it?

  3. You know, there's a reason I only have 1 active segment, because I can't handle a ton of segments. I have had like 4 or 5 segments in the past though lol. I do enjoy most of your segments, the only one I really don't exactly care for is the VGA's one. Basically just copying something else off a site and bringing it here. But other than that, your segments are awesome and I don't think you need another one, and I'm looking forward to project brown pants!

  4. I think you have a pretty big list of segments. Also I doubt you have the time for everyone of them. So I guess you have a pretty good list of segments going my personal favorite is ENB and 15 points giveaway. What you should probably do is try to expand on VGA and add more on SBox Recommends, just an idea.

  6. What everyone else said plus, you could always recruit help from your fellow GameFly people. Kinda manage it but let someone take control of a segment you think they can handle.

  7. depends on what the segment is i like your curent segments and another would most certainly be welcome but dont where your self to thin. what ever you decide i (and all the other gamers will most likely stand behind) what ever you decide.

  8. If you're ever asking the question "How much is too much?", then it's probably too much. I'm not saying it's that way in this situation, just make sure it's gaming related ;)

    Oh also. "How much is too much?" is never a good question to ask when talking about playing with yourself. :}
