Gamefly sent me 3 nonplayable NFL 11 games"WHY"
I don't have time to play this "Cat & Mouse" with Gamefly senting me nonplayable games! Jan 2012 Gamefly was paid $22.00 proimsing me adequate service that I never got. I went out an paid for NFL 11, buying it for less then what Gamefly offered and this game works fine! I sent back NFL 11 to gamefly, if I get one more nonplayable game, I will cancel this service from my credit card, that I promise to sent Gamefly each month! I can't be the only member with this problem, Gamefly needs to recheck that department responsible for this. I have better ways to spend my $22 and it's not for this type of service!

Have you been reporting the game as unplayable each time? If you just send it back and put it on your queue again, chances are they are sending you the same disc back. You have to report them as damaged, otherwise Gamefly has no idea that the reason you're sending it back isn't just a routine return.
