The last two games I've been sent weren't in my top 25. Why am I getting games so far down on my list?

That is probably because the games you were trying to get aren't available. They may become available in the future, but is pretty unlikely. Especially for new releases.

I think you know the answer to this already, I would simply address why you have so many active games on your Q if you don't want to receive them? Shorten your list to the games you really want to play, get those first and add others later.
