If you no longer have the white game sleeve, we request that you write your name, email address, and the name of the game on a piece of paper. Fold the paper around the disc in a sleeve-like fashion and place it in our pre-paid shipping envelope.

This process will help ensure that the game gets credited to your account properly. Once we receive the game, we will need to create a new sleeve which may take more time to process your return. In the future, please ensure you return the disc inside its sleeve to avoid delays in processing your return.
