what ps2 street racing games were released in 2001?

bubba sparxxx's song "ugly" and saliva's song "click click boom" were on the soundtrack;I just cant remember the name of the game.The story was some rich,street racing english guy got hurt in a race and he wants player one to race in his place.You could also play "pong" during some of the intermissions.I think the game was published by either "Mad Dog" or "Pit Bull" game company.
