Is there any new DLC coming out for Halo Wars?

Well i have 2 reasons i think there wont be any more DLC. First off, the last DLC hasnt came out for around 10 months or so. And the developer (Ensemble Studios) closed right after Halo Wars came out. So somebody else would have to make the DLC and (hopefully) Halo Wars 2.
