How do you get the Halo Reach Beta?

As everyone else has said, you can get in the beta if you have Halo 3:ODST.
But Microsoft is also giving access to the beta to the players who still play Halo 2 on Xbox Live.

  3. Well you have to have Halo 3 ODST and a Gold membership for Xbox Live to get the Beta. And the Beta comes out May 3rd or 5th (Something around the beginning of May). But besides that, Bungie hasnt said how you get it yet.

  4. You have to buy a new copy of Halo 3 ODST, but I'm not sure if that was only a limited time promotion, since usually betas have a cap.
