Is a headset a must for Battlefield: Bad Company 2?

Or will it be like other console FPS where it doesn't make much of a difference?

I don't think it's a must since the game is specifically for a console that NEEDS a TV to play (last time I checked, I don't use headsets when watching TV). Unless you plan on playing it on PC, but you weren't specifying that.

  1. I'd say that in any FPS team game a headset is a must. Even if people don't always use them, taking advantage of them will always give your team a leg up, and if someone is trying to coordinate tactics with someone who can't talk back to them, it gets really frustrating.
