Do I have to save over my Heavy Rain data in order to get the "All Endings" Trophy?

I am in the process of getting that trophy too. But I believe you have to get all the endings on the same save file to get the trophy. you should see at the chapter select menu, if you go all the way to the last page it will have all the endings you have completed already. I current have 13 of the endings.
