Do you have any games that you have more then one copy of?

If so, why do you? Totally curious as I have like 3 games that I have copies of and all are for different reasons.

I have two copies of FFVII, one being the original version and the other being one of the greatest hits copies. I had lost the third disc of the original copy a long time ago and felt the urge to play it so I went out and bought a used copy. Then I proceeded to lose everything but the third disc of that copy. So between the two I have a full set of FFVII.

  1. I have two copies of Mario Kart and Super Mario All-Stars for SNES. I had my own copies from when they came out, and years later when my grandpa died I got his Super Nintendo, NES and games, and happened to get second copies of those games. Maybe I'll sell them off on eBay someday when I feel motivated to do so and get some extra cash.

  4. My friends make fun of me for this but i have 2 copies of: Grand Theft Auto IV, Call of Duty World at War, Call of Duty 4, Halo 3, and Rock Band. And i used to have 3 copies of Grand Theft Auto IV.

  6. I had duplicates on different systems... I bought some games over again on the Virtual Console on the Wii just because I wanted it saved on my system (no cartridges). Sold the old systems and games. Too bad the Nintendo Wii Classic Controller SUCKS and I figured that out the hard way.....

  17. I have two copies of Silent Hill. When I thought I lost my only copy I looked for another copy and was lucky enough to buy an ex-rental for $5. Then I found my other copy, so now I have two.
    I have two copies of Silent Hill 2 because I ended by buying the GH version w/ the added features from the Xbox version.
    I used to have two copies of FF8, because the third disc stopped working, so I bought a new copy. This was just before they stopped selling PS1 games in stores. I ended up giving the broken copy to a friend.
    Also, when my girlfriend and I started living together and our gaming collections got combined, we doubled up on a bunch of other games as well.
