As PS3 users, what are your feelings on the Fallout 3 DLC both coming released on 360?

Exclusive content doesn't really bother me. It would if I only had one console.

  1. Personally... I'm a fan of console exclusivity... to a degree. But thats a different story.

    With that said... I think that Fallout 3 - a NON-EXCLUSIVE GAME having the DLC only launched for PC and 360 is absolutely unacceptable. I don't understand why Bethesda is doing it, but it's just kind of insulting.

    I own a 360 and a PS3, and I have FO3 for the 360. But I still think PS3 owners deserve the DLC as much as anyone else. There's really no reason for them not to release it.

Well it makes sense to a degree, it might not be worth bethesda's time and effort to make the DLC for PS3 users, that's more money that they have to spend, and I am not entirely sure of the sales of FO3 on PS3, but I'm thinking they were lagging behind PC and 360. It may not be fair, but its understandable

  3. The 360 needs all the exclusivity it can get. In all likelihood, it's timed and will come to the PS3 eventually. It's a third party company and is out for the most money. That's how business works. But even if the DLC doesn't transfer to Sony, I think it's fine. I enjoyed my experience with Fallout 3, and now I can just look forward to Fallout: New Vegas :D

  4. I now wish I would have gotten the 360 version. I was under the impression the content was merely a timed exclusive, so I opted for the more pretty graphics and got a ps3 copy. Oh well :|

    Personally, I'll probably wind up getting it for 360 (for that content) somewhere down the road, llike I just did with Oblivion.

  6. Console exclusivity is an archaic practice that only those stuck in their ways conform to. I think that DLC for both consoles is great.
