Most time? Unreal Tournament... the whole series.

Most money? Probably the original Everquest. Or Metal Gear Solid 4... I DID buy my PS3 just to play it.

  2. I think I have to go with the GTA series, that sucked me in when it was on the PC and I'm still spending time and money on every game they release in the series. Damn you GTA!!!! There goes my retirement and my house.

  9. Most time would probably be Warcraft III, more specifically DOTA. Probably played WC III and DOTA for a good 5 years or so.

    Most money would probably be World of Warcraft, I'm so glad I stopped playing that game years ago

  11. No doubt, Resident Evil. I have spent so much money on Resident Evil <i>anything</i>. I own multiple copies of the same game, re-issues, director's cuts,remakes, comic books, novels, actions figures, you name it. I even own the terrible Resident Evil Gaiden on the Gameboy Color.

  12. I'd say Rock Band: equipment plus upgrades when 2 came out plus DLC. No complaints though. The amount of time and fun (parties) had playing it more than balances out of the cost.

  14. Definitely Final Fantasy games. I've played them on every available system since the NES, although I won't say I've played every single game. So, take the whole main FF catalog minus a couple games, add in the Tactics series and a couple Crystal Chronicles titles, and you've got a massive investment of time/money.
