Ocarina of time is pretty memorable, so many of the songs in Fallout 3 make that world so ironically awesome because of the lyrics.

I know that everyone remembers the tunes to Sonic, Mario, Zelda and such, but there are some newer ones that I've loved, especially God Hand which had a truly rockin' soundtrack. Katamari Damacy's is pretty classic, too.

It depends on what you consider a soundtrack. If you are talking best music put together for a game, I would have to say that NBA Live or Madden usually deliver a pretty solid soundtrack. If you are talking music composed specifically for a game, I would probably have to say one of the Final Fantasy games.

Best Original Score: Shadow of the Colossus and in second place, the The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.
Best Song: Still Alive (Portal)
Best Soundtrack: GTA IV

The Final Fantasy series have the best soundtrack. Nobuo Uematsu is amazing! I can't wait to attend his concert at SF Symphony in July!

Battlefield: Bad Company. There's one piano heavy track in particular that I really like. I've put a lot of consideration into buying the soundtrack from EA's website.
