To unlock bonus cars and tracks or for money?

There is a way to get money faster. If you go into Quick Race mode and select "Drift mode", "0 opponents", "15 laps", and ".22 Mile Oval Track" as a location. The track is small enough that you can keep the 2x for the whole race.. Other than that there are no cheats.
