hmmm... have to frequent Wal-mart for my work. no way I'm trading my games.. but buying used, depending on the price and condition, I might. all depending.

In the larger scheme of things though... if this really takes off, this could hurt future development of games as the developers will be getting even less money from new games. if they think the cut from Gamestop sucks, just wait until the Big Blue jumps in the pool...

  1. There is a 100% chance that I will not go to Wal-Mart for anything...I don't even know where the nearest one is. But I'd bet that they are going to have the cheapest used games, somehow.

  2. I don't trade games anywhere, and Wal*Mart is no exception. I don't usually purchase games there, either. If they do get a trading program, though, they will become a huge rival for GameStop. And then maybe Best Buy will jump on the band wagon. Hm, all this seems unlikely, though.

  3. The only place i ever buy used games from is GameFly, since those games are guaranteed to work. And i don't really like Walmat in the first place.

Just because Walmart says they have lower prices, doesn't mean they actually do.

  4. I would trade in and buy used games at wal-mart even though they have crappy prices, there is a gameco right beside it with even crappier prices
