In Crisis Core, how do you increase the Attack of Costly Punch?

I have tried a few combinations and haven't gotten any that increase attack..

You need to equip brutal or genji glove to make the damage 99999
The genji glove can be found in a treasure chest in mission 9-6-4 while the brutal will be rewarded to you by finishing the mission 7-4-6
