Are GTA IV or GTA: San Andreas for PSP3000 or PSP Go?

Umm, i have a question for you, so that i can answer this correctly.

Do you mean is this game on those systems? And if that is what you're asking, then no. Grand Theft Auto IV was exclusive to Xbox 360 and PS3. Grand Theft Auto San Andreas was exclusive to Original Xbox (Backwards compatible and downloadable for Xbox 360) and PS2.

The only Grand Theft Auto games on PSP are Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories. Those games are also available on PS2.
